GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Seminar Fee
Our training prices are exclusive of VAT, hotel, and meals.
Invoices are issued 4 weeks before the seminar begins.
Payment is due 14 days before the seminar begins.
Substitution
You may nominate a substitute for the registered participant at any time. There are no additional costs for you.
Cancellation
You may withdraw from the contract at any time. However, this must be done in writing; text form is sufficient. Please note that we charge the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation up to 4 weeks before the event:
€70 plus VAT processing fee
Cancellation from 4 to 2 weeks before the event:
50% of the seminar price
Cancellation from 2 weeks before:
100% of the seminar price
This also applies in the event of a no-show by the registered participant.
If you cancel, please remember to also cancel your hotel booking.
We reserve the right to cancel the event due to insufficient demand or number of participants (minimum 5 participants per event) or for other important reasons beyond our control (e.g., sudden illness of the speaker, force majeure). Any participation fees already paid will, of course, be refunded. Further liability and claims for damages, except those relating to injury to life, body, or health, are excluded unless caused by our intent or gross negligence. Please also note this regarding any hotel rooms, flights, or train tickets you have booked.
Retention of Title and Use of Teaching Materials
We retain full ownership of all teaching materials until the customer has fulfilled all payment obligations. Transferring course materials to third parties or making them publicly available is prohibited. In particular, the publication of audio or video data, digital presentations, or scripts on publicly accessible internet portals (sharing) is prohibited.
Hotel Reservations
For our events, we have reserved a limited number of rooms up to four weeks before the event date. Please book directly with the hotel.
By registering, you agree to pay the daily hotel rate. If you cancel your seminar registration, please also inform the hotel. Otherwise, any cancellation fees will be your responsibility.
Cancellation Policy and Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the first distance learning materials. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

The relationship of trust between all parties requires strict confidentiality. We therefore undertake to treat all information, data, or documents belonging to the user or the associated company as confidential and/or proprietary, whether written or oral, including but not limited to ideas, concepts, methods, etc. ("Confidential Information"). In particular, we undertake not to sell, trade, publish, reproduce, or otherwise disclose such Confidential Information to any person or company without first obtaining the written consent of the user and the company.
The above obligations do not apply to information that:
is already in the public domain or becomes publicly available through channels other than our action or omission;
must be disclosed by law, government order, or court decision,
provided that the user and the company are informed of this without undue delay.
The obligation of confidentiality also applies after the completion of the coaching sessions. Cases in which legal obligations exist regarding the exchange of information, or in which we have been explicitly released from our confidentiality obligations by the user or the company, are exempt from this regulation.
