General Terms and Conditions
Training fee
Our training prices are exclusive of VAT, hotel and meals.
Invoices will be issued 4 weeks before the start of the seminar.
Payment is due 14 days before the start of the seminar.
Substitute
You may appoint a substitute for the registered participant at any time. There will be no additional costs for you.
Cancellation
You may withdraw from the contract at any time. However, this is only possible in writing; text form is sufficient. Please note that we charge the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation up to 4 weeks before the start of the event:
€70 plus VAT processing fee.
Cancellation 4-2 weeks before the start of the event:
50% of the seminar price.
Cancellation less than 2 weeks before the start of the event:
100% of the seminar price.
This also applies if the registered participant does not show up.
If you cancel, please remember to also cancel your hotel booking.
We reserve the right to cancel the event due to insufficient demand or number of participants (minimum 5 participants per event) or for other important reasons beyond our control (e.g. sudden illness of the speaker, force majeure). Any participation fees you have already paid will of course be refunded. Further liability and compensation claims that do not relate to injury to life, limb or health are excluded, unless there is intent or gross negligence on our part. Please also note this for hotel rooms and flight or train tickets booked by you.
Retention of title and use of teaching materials
We reserve unrestricted ownership of all deliveries of teaching materials until the customer has fulfilled all payment obligations in full. The transfer to third parties or public distribution or disclosure of course documents or teaching materials is not permitted. In particular, the publication of audio or video data, digital presentations or scripts on publicly accessible internet portals (sharing) is prohibited.
Hotel reservation
We have reserved a limited number of rooms for our events up to 4 weeks before the event date. Please book directly with the hotel.
By registering, you agree to pay the hotel's daily rate. If you cancel the seminar, please also inform the hotel. Otherwise, you will be responsible for any cancellation fees.
Cancellation policy and right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the first distance learning material. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Confidentiality
The relationship of trust between all parties involved requires strict confidentiality. We therefore undertake to treat all information, data or documents belonging to the user or the associated company as confidential and/or proprietary, regardless of whether they are in written or oral form, including, but not limited to, ideas, concepts, methods, etc. ("Confidential Information").
In particular, we undertake not to sell, trade, publish, reproduce or otherwise disclose such Confidential Information to any person or company without first obtaining the written consent of the user and the company.
The above obligations do not apply to information that:
is already in the public domain or becomes available to the public through channels other than through an act or omission on our part;
must be disclosed in accordance with the law, official order or court decision,
provided that the user and the company are informed of this immediately.
The obligation of confidentiality shall continue to apply even after the coaching sessions have ended. Cases in which there are legal obligations regarding the exchange of information, or in which we are explicitly released from our confidentiality obligation by the user or the company, are excluded from this provision.
